Eligible Refunds & Exchanges
We offer a no-questions-asked replacement or refund in cases of:

To be eligible:

The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product

Clear images of the product and outer packaging must be shared
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable in the following cases:
