At Eterveda, we take pride in delivering exactly what you see and expect. Every product is carefully formulated, quality-checked, and tested to meet our wellness standards.

Eligible Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a no-questions-asked replacement or refund in cases of:

  • Expired products
  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products delivered

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Clear images of the product and outer packaging must be shared
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund as applicable.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities to ingredients
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Dissatisfaction due to misunderstanding or inability to comprehend the product
  • Requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

Important Notes

  • Partial exchanges or refunds for individual items from a bundled order are not permitted
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method
  • The entire resolution process may take 10–12 working days
